DESCRIPTION

Pissardi - this is a breath-taking ornamental tree. The leaves are elliptical, metallic shiny and dark purple - they do not change colour throughout the season, therefore they stand out spectacularly from other plants. They flower in April, when the plum is covered in countless beautiful, white or pink flowers.

ADVICES

Best planted in a sunny and semi-shaded position, with loamy and sandy soil that is moderately moist. This variety is tolerant to an urban climate and drought resistant.

The plant tolerates hard pruning to stimulate the growth of the crown, which should be done immediately after flowering. In the spring it is worth fertilizing the plant with compost.
